What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals live more independently and participate in their community.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks
- Supporting individuals in community outings and recreational activities
- Encouraging independence and personal growth
- Following each individual’s care and support plan
- Documenting daily activities and services provided
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals served

Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass background checks
