Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team on a part-time basis (Saturday–Monday). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen and takes pride in executing high-quality dishes consistently.
A key focus of this role is our premium pizza program.
We produce high-quality, scratch-made pizzas using long-fermented dough and carefully selected ingredients, and we are looking for someone who understands or is excited to learn the craft behind great pizza.
Unique to Woof Play Eat:
Our kitchen team shares in the tip pool, adding an average of $2–$3 per hour on top of base pay.
What You’ll Do
- Execute a scratch-made, seasonally inspired menu with consistency and precision
- Prepare and cook premium pizzas, including dough handling, stretching, and oven execution
- Maintain quality standards for fermentation, bake, and presentation
- Handle prep work including dough, toppings, and station setup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support high-volume service periods with speed and teamwork
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a line cook (pizza experience strongly preferred)
- Understanding of or interest in artisan / premium pizza techniques
- Strong knife skills and food preparation fundamentals
- Experience in a scratch kitchen environment
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
- A team-first mindset and strong work ethic
- Availability Saturday–Monday required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
