As our office continues to grow, we are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to support our clients and keep daily operations running efficiently.
Position Overview
The Customer Care Representative plays a vital role in our office by serving as a primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service, and supporting our insurance and financial professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and working in a collaborative, professional environment. Salary and Compensation Package DOE. Selected Applicants will be contacted within two weeks from application date for interview scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
- Operate a multi-line phone system and direct calls accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with billing questions, policy inquiries, account updates, and basic service needs
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle follow-up tasks
- Process applications, policy changes, payments, and client documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in agency and financial management systems
- Prepare correspondence and internal communications
- Support marketing and client outreach efforts, including email campaigns and social media posts
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, document management, and office supply coordination
Qualifications
- Property Casualty License will need to be obtained within 90 days of start date, training and licensing costs provided by Employer.
- Previous customer service or office experience (insurance or financial services experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive client information responsibly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
