Step into a role where compassion meets crisis response. The Broomfield Police Department is in search of a licensed clinician to join our team as a Clinical Co-Responder and be there when it matters most. If you’re looking for a role that will allow you to serve your community at its most critical moments, this is it.
The Clinical Co-Responder provides support to law enforcement during behavioral health calls for service and works to assist in de-escalating individuals during a behavioral health crisis. Co-responders divert at-risk community members from the criminal justice system by providing stabilization within the community or through other care options.
