Responsibilities:
- Personal care assistance
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation assistance (if applicable)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- CNA or HHA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Negative TB test (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver's license (if providing transportation)
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Application Question(s):
- Do you have at least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (home care, hospital, or nursing home)?
- Are you currently certified as a CNA or HHA, and (if CNA) listed on the Alabama Nurse Aide Registry?
- Do you have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits (if required)?
- Are you able to pass a background check and provide/obtain a negative TB test, as well as maintain current CPR & First Aid certification?
- What is your availability?
- Are you comfortable assisting clients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, toileting, mobility, and lifting/transferring clients if needed)?
- Are you willing to travel to any of the following service areas? (Birmingham | Tuscaloosa | Huntsville)
- Are you comfortable using a mobile app to clock in/out, document care, and communicate with the office?
