Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management.
- Support customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic loan processing and financial product explanations.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product features to effectively inform customers.
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, ensuring precise cash handling and reconciliation at shift end.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance store presentation.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, especially understanding basic math and financial software.
- Experience with loan processing or cash handling procedures will be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately are necessary.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently, including 10 key typing skills for quick transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
