About the Role
FL Green Innovations, a construction company specializing in impact doors and windows, is looking for experienced Spanish-speaking sales professionals to drive sales and close high-value deals.
This is a commission-based role – your earnings depend on your performance. If you're only making $15,000 a month elsewhere, you might not be reaching your full sales potential. At Green Innovations, our sales team earns between $20,000 and $50,000 per month – with no cap on commissions.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily in-person sales appointments.
- Close deals and meet high sales targets.
- Provide top-tier customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (construction sales preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel daily (Miami area) for client appointments.
- Open to training and professional development.
