Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards for quality and taste. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all pizzas are made to order and meet customer preferences.
- Answer phones, wash dishes, sweep/mop and interact with customers
Qualifications
- Will train
- knife skills and knowledge of food handling techniques are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required.
