Pay: $52,000 – $57,000 per year (based on experience)
The Field Manager will oversee multiple crews, coordinate routes and service timelines, and help ensure high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in operational success.

Supervise and support 3–4 landscape maintenance crews in daily field operations

Coordinate schedules, routing, and job assignments to meet service timelines

Monitor work to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met

Conduct routine site visits to evaluate productivity, efficiency, and workmanship

Promote and enforce company safety policies and safe work practices

Track labor hours, production metrics, and complete daily reports to maintain accurate records

Support employee onboarding, training, and performance development

Communicate with field teams, leadership, and clients to support operations and resolve concerns

Ensure proper use and care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools

3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or field operations management preferred

Experience supervising crews in a fast-paced, production-driven environment preferred

Knowledge of scheduling, routing, and job costing processes is a plus

Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tracking tools

Experience with landscape management software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar) preferred

Familiarity with workplace safety practices and equipment operation

Ability to read and interpret job specifications or landscape plans is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Valid driver’s license required

Must be able to complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening, where permitted by applicable law
