Sales Associate - Worthington Studio
The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members. The sales associate builds relationships and translates the mission of SweatHouz through its service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention. The sales associate delivers successful guest and member engagement and attains sales revenue goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales and New Member Enrollment (40% of role)
- Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SweatHouz products/services will satisfy their needs and goals.
- Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and Amenities that directly tie back to the intro’s individual needs and goals.
- Communicate membership options in a clear and concise manner.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
Customer Service (40% of role)
- Ensures members receive a friendly greeting /check-in and prompt attention to their needs.
- Maintains name relationships with members and serves as a resource for their questions or concerns.
- Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained studio to members and guests.
- Assist Studio Cleaners with suite cleaning, laundry folding, and preparing suite for the next guest(s).
- Complete opening or closing studio checklist items, including cleaning entry area, beauty bar, bathroom, etc.
Prospecting and Lead Generation (20% of role)
- Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities.
- Manages and follows up on leads/new business by using Axel.
- Executes daily plan for successful lead management
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals.
- Support the studio manager with community events.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in sales, preferably related to fitness or wellness.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

SWTHZ is a contract therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold, which is scientifically proven to enhance physical and mental health. Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a private contrast therapy suite with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower. Suites offer full entertainment so you can choose to unplug, meditate, listen to music, or watch TV.
As the Central Ohio franchisee, we opened the first studio in Worthington in April 2024, the second studio in Grandview in October 2024, the third stducion in Pickerington in December 2025, and have several more in the works.

- Currently, we are hiring for Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning & midday shifts only. Your schedule would be Thursday and Friday opening (5:30am to 1:30pm) and Saturday 9 to 5pm. Do all three of these shifts work for you?
