Dasher International is a Webster-based firm that supports clients with print, promotional products, and decorated apparel. Founded in 2023, the company is young and quickly expanding which provides a great opportunity for the right individual to join a growth company at the ground floor.
Job Summary:
Looking for an individual that is passionate about the details, quality and process to join us as our Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator role serves as the conduit between sales and production. They ensure customer needs are accurately captured, clearly defined to production, and they provide timely and accurate communication to production and sales teams. They also work to make sure quality standards are being met in production and through customer delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Order Entry in Printavo
· Purchasing – ordering blanks & other COGS
· Check in, in-bound materials.
· Manage internal production schedule in Printavo.
· Stage materials
· Support sales team with QC & distribution.
· Proactively communicate issues and opportunities with sales.
· Set up production teams with clear job-level details.
· Refine and create production SOP’s.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Well trained on Microsoft 365
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail is a must.
· Self starter – able to create task lists when given priority details.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
· Critical thinking skills are required to support a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required;
· Higher education, a plus
· Experience in custom manufacturing and/or apparel decoration, a plus
· Experience with Printavo, a plus
· Conceptual understanding of AI, a plus
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
Hours of Work:
· Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM.
· Overtime/Saturday as needed.
· Expected standard weekly hours 40.
Job Type:
Full-time
Pay Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
Benefits:
· 80 hours PTO in first year after trial period.
