We are actively seeking clinicians to join our team in Chelsea or Watertown, MA. This is more than just another outpatient role — it is an opportunity to grow your career in a modern, collaborative, and education-driven environment that offers the flexibility, support, and patient demand clinicians need to build a sustainable and rewarding practice.
⭐ A Strong Clinical Environment Built for Growth
We are committed to creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued, and equipped for long-term success. Whether you are independently licensed or continuing on your path toward licensure, our model is built to provide meaningful support, ongoing development, and strong clinical infrastructure.
What we offer:
- Paid weekly supervision for clinicians working toward independent licensure in Massachusetts
- Paid weekly clinical education to strengthen therapeutic skills, clinical judgment, diagnostic confidence, and documentation quality
- Free CEU opportunities to support continued professional development
- Peer mentorship and collaborative support so clinicians feel connected and supported from day one
- Ongoing guidance while working remotely, ensuring support is always available when questions arise
- A team-based environment where learning, growth, and collaboration are encouraged
⭐ Strong Patient Demand and Thoughtful Caseload Development
We do not believe in random caseload assignment. We take a thoughtful approach to building caseloads by considering each clinician’s experience, interests, and clinical strengths. This helps support confidence, long-term development, and a better overall clinical fit.
Clinicians benefit from:
- Strong patient demand and steady referral flow to help build and maintain a consistent caseload
- Exposure to a wide range of referral sources and clinical needs
- The opportunity to work with clients connected to schools, community-based organizations, court-involved settings, supportive housing systems, older adult populations, and step-down care following psychiatric hospitalization
- No need to self-market, as we accept MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance plans
- Experience serving a diverse patient population across a broad range of backgrounds and presentations
⭐ Flexibility, Autonomy, and Practice Support
We understand that clinicians are looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a practice model that allows them to focus on care while maintaining balance.
Highlights include:
- Hybrid flexibility with 1–2 in-clinic days per week, with the remainder of your schedule completed remotely
- Schedule autonomy so you can build your workweek around your availability and clinical preferences
- Caseload control, with the ability to shape your schedule while maintaining a minimum expectation of 25 sessions per week
- No-show protection to help support income stability
- Malpractice coverage provided
- Full administrative support, so clinicians can remain focused on patient care rather than operational tasks
