Professional Relationship Coordinator
CTX Oral Surgery & Dental Implants – Georgetown & Temple, TX, Part-Time | Starting at $22/hour + Retention Bonuses
CTX Oral Surgery & Dental Implants is a 100% surgeon-owned, independent oral surgery practice with locations in Georgetown and Temple. We are looking for an outgoing, professional, and tech-savvy Professional Relationship Coordinator to help strengthen relationships with our referring dental offices and support the continued growth of our practice.
This is an active, relationship-focused position that involves significant local driving throughout the Georgetown and Temple areas. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building genuine professional relationships, and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Regularly visit dental and specialty offices throughout the Georgetown and Temple areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, office managers, and referring teams.
- Introduce our practice to potential new referral offices and maintain relationships with existing offices.
- Coordinate lunches, office visits, gifts, CE events, and other referral activities.
- Help manage the practice’s social media presence, including photos, videos, posts, and practice updates.
- Use AI and modern digital tools for content creation, organization, marketing, and productivity.
- Help identify creative opportunities to grow our referral network and practice visibility.
- Track office visits, follow-ups, and referral-development activities.
- Communicate feedback and opportunities from referring offices directly to our surgeons and leadership team.
