Overview

Duties
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests’ tables accurately and promptly
- Support the cleaning process by bussing dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food handling and serving processes
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including floors, tables, and service stations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely food running and guest service needs
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for understanding order flow and billing processes
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and basic food handling techniques ensures a safe environment for guests and staff
- Experience with banquet or large event service can be advantageous for high-volume shifts
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and providing excellent guest services
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, heavy lifting, and manual handling safely
- Hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we welcome motivated individuals eager to grow in the industry
