- Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety standards
- Support manufacturing processes by moving materials, supplies, and finished products as directed
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to ensure safety compliance
- Follow safety standards in production environments, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), to maintain quality and safety protocols
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision to aid in assembly or packaging tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas for hazards or safety concerns and report issues promptly
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques
- Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for operating tools and equipment
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required
- Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and GMP compliance
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
