BARRYSTAFF is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a local Dayton Company that specializes in sub-assembled and fully assembled products. This position is a very hands on role meaning not just supervisory tasks.
This position involves:
- Overseeing warehouse staff (6 employees right now).
- Ensuring safety protocols being followed.
- Inventory Management/Control.
- Ensuring equipment is maintained properly.
- Working closely with other departments (Quality, Assembly, and Purchasing)
- Completing audits of inventory. Investigating misplaced/miscounted inventory.
- General understanding of ERP System.
This position is a potential direct hire position for the right candidate with experience.
Hours are 6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Pay is $28-32/hr. based on experience.
