Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging prospects through outbound calls and setting quality appointments that drive business growth.
This is a great part time opportunity to make some extra money. You work from home, make your own hours, all you need is a good phone, internet and a computer / laptop.
$100 per week for 10 appts set | $50 bonus for all appointments sold
Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, client interactions, and scheduled appointments using Google Suite tools
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain services, gather client information, and ensure a seamless appointment-setting process
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all client details are correctly documented in the system
Experience
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets & Calendar)
