Group 1 GMC Coastal Bend is growing and seeking a high-quality, experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! This is an opportunity to represent the GMC brand in a high-performing dealership environment committed to excellence in both service and customer experience.

Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience

Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs

Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates

Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
-
Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion
-
Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost
-
Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience (dealership preferred)-
CDK experience is desired
