Job Description
Kompozit Smart Paint is looking for a motivated, bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and enjoys building relationships with customers and contractors.
You will be responsible for contacting contractors, homeowners, property managers, and commercial customers to introduce our paint products, generate sales opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to contractors and customers.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote Kompozit Smart Paint products and services.
- Follow up with leads and schedule product demonstrations when appropriate.
- Enter customer information, call notes, and follow-up tasks into the company CRM.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with every customer.
- Assist customers in the store as needed.
- Meet daily and weekly sales activity goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Paint, construction, or contractor industry experience is a plus.

Pay
