Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Upsell menu items including desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and balance receipts at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and service stations
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support when needed, and bussing tables promptly to ensure smooth flow of service
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining establishments preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations focus
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Effective communication skills combined with a positive team-oriented mindset
