Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territories, focusing on regenerative medicine products and solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical institutions through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the benefits and scientific basis of regenerative therapies
- Manage a designated territory by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring consistent client engagement
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively to close deals while aligning with company policies and client expectations
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities for optimal account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and technical support to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities
- Lead or participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our regenerative medicine portfolio and establish thought leadership
Experience
- Proven success in B2B (business-to-business) medical or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on regenerative medicine or related scientific/medical equipment products
- Extensive outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in product demos, technical sales presentations, and enterprise selling techniques
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Experience managing territory accounts independently while coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device regulations, medical terminology, and scientific principles relevant to regenerative therapies is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and analysis documents
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
