Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Bilingual Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage the social media presence of our brands.
This is not a traditional corporate social media position. We want someone who understands how to create fun, engaging, fast-paced content that feels natural on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social channels.
You do not need a professional videographer, a RED camera, or expensive production equipment to create great content. We are looking for someone who can use a phone, understand current trends, develop creative ideas, and consistently produce entertaining content that captures attention.
Responsibilities
- Manage the social media accounts of our brands.
- Create and publish original content every day.
- Film entertaining, creative, and engaging short-form videos.
- Develop content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other platforms.
- Stay current with social media trends, sounds, formats, and challenges.
- Write captions and communicate with audiences in both English and Spanish.
- Create a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Respond to comments and help grow engagement across our accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to promote products, events, and company initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong spoken and written English is essential.
- Creative, charismatic, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with others.
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable filming and editing videos using a smartphone.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video content.
- Reliable, responsible, organized, and motivated to work.
- Able to consistently create new content and bring fresh ideas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 5 days per week, 10 hours per day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for a company or brand.
- Experience using video-editing apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience growing an audience or creating viral or high-performing content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

- $30 per hour
