Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-time Floater to join our educational team. This role is essential in providing support across various classrooms, ensuring a nurturing and engaging environment for children. This position requires someone with a flexible schedule, as hours may vary day to day (with a minimum of 40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum and lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide care and supervision for children in various age groups, focusing on their safety and well-being.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment and addressing behavioral challenges as they arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum materials that align with educational standards.
- Foster strong relationships with students by providing individualized attention and support.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
