Job Summary
We are seeking a High energy Athletic Care Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for athletes, ensuring they receive exceptional care and support throughout their sports perfomance and recovery and training journeys. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive environment where athletes feel motivated, supported, and confident in their progress. You will coordinate medical appointments, manage administrative tasks, manage and maintain contrast therapy and recovery lounge areas.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, therapy sessions, and follow-up visits for athletes.
- Educate new clients on membership offerings and hit specific sales goals and metrics.
- Assist with patient intake procedures, including sending secure online intake forms to new clients as well as verifying all forms have been submitted prior to the visit.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the athletic care facility by managing appointment calendars and office documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions from athletes and their families with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ensure compliance with health privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of all athlete information.
- Prep Contrast therapy area for the day to ensure seamless experience for athletes including towel maintenance, Sauna and cold plunge readiness.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical office , gym , or sports performance setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred. Perfect for former or current athletes and active people
- Experience providing medical administrative support, including scheduling, record keeping, and insurance processing.
- Office experience that demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
