Full-Time Position
Typical Schedule: Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week
Lockwood Packing Company is hiring dependable team members to join our RTE Production Department. As a Packaging Team Member, you'll help package finished snack stick products by inspecting, counting, labeling, boxing, and preparing products for storage or shipment.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. No food manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do
- Assist with loading and feeding product into packaging equipment
- Catch, count, and organize finished product from packaging equipment
- Package products into trays, cartons, boxes, and shipping containers
- Verify package appearance, labels, product counts, lot codes, and date codes
- Label, seal, stack, and palletize finished products
- Prepare finished products for storage or shipment
- Complete packaging records and required documentation
- Clean packaging equipment and work areas
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals

- Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience is helpful, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull finished product, packaging materials, and boxes up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
- Work in varying temperature areas, including refrigerated production areas, coolers, freezers, packaging rooms, warehouse areas, and shipping areas
- Work around moving equipment, wet floors, and production noise
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Full-time position
- Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
- Work schedules may vary based on staffing and production demands
