Position Summary
The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is critical to supporting our service department and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and maintenance campaigns.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM and dealership management system.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
