Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) – Hawaii Travel Assignment (2026–2027 School Year)
Location: Hawaiian Islands
Setting: School-based (K–12)
Contract: Full 2026–2027 School Year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $3,058 weekly travel pay + $950 start incentives
Position Summary
This school-based BCBA/LBA travel role offers a full academic-year assignment across the Hawaiian Islands. You’ll provide behavioral support services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help students access meaningful learning in a supportive school environment. Responsibilities
Provide behavioral services aligned with student IEPs and behavior intervention plans
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans
Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and data collection
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain compliant documentation
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families across assigned school sites
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Hawaii LBA licensure (application cost covered)
Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
