Boss Window Washing – Greater Orlando Area
Commission Only | 1099 Independent Contractor
We’re looking for hungry door-to-door sales reps who want real earning potential and residual income.
Compensation
- 20% commission on every first job you sell
- 5% ongoing residual on all recurring/repeat business from the clients you bring in (as long as you stay active and the client continues service)
- Uncapped earnings
- Weekly pay
- Realistic range: $30k–$120k+ (top performers regularly hit $1,000–$3,000+ weeks)
What you’ll do
- Knock doors in targeted Orlando-area neighborhoods
- Pitch professional window cleaning (residential + commercial)
- Quote and close on the spot or book the job
- Build recurring clients that keep paying you
