Above all, you are a hands-on problem solver with manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and a drive for continuous improvement in a production environment. We would also imagine that you have:

Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field (or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Engineering).

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
It is a plus if you also have:

Familiarity with welding, CNC machining, and assembly operations.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting time studies or production data analysis.

The salary range for this position is $26 to $34 USD hourly. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
