Position Summary:
This Team Member is responsible for weekend event product deliveries, coordinating inventory transfers between store locations, and supporting receiving and stocking operations. This role helps ensure accurate product movement for events, balanced inventory between stores, and efficient stock organization.
*Important Note – This role is highly physical and may not be suitable for individuals who are unable to perform continuous lifting, standing, and manual labor throughout the shift.
Primary Responsibilities
Event Deliveries
- Execute scheduled weekend deliveries for weddings, private events, and venue orders accurately and on schedule (weekends required)
- Load, verify, and transport products safely
- Obtain delivery confirmations and communicate any issues
- Represent the store professionally at venues and customer locations
- Assist with event inventory product picking and organization prior to event delivery
- Unloading event vehicles following an event
Inter-Store Transfers
- Pull, verify, and transport inventory between store locations
- Maintain accurate transfer documentation
- Support inventory balancing between stores
- Prioritize urgent transfers for events and special orders
Inventory & Stocking
- Receive and stock incoming product shipments
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Assist with organizing event orders for delivery
Expectations

- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable loading/unloading vehicles regularly
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Monday: Inter-Store Transfers 8am - 12pm; Event Product Assistance 12pm - 2pm
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: Inter-Store Transfers 8am - 2pm
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: Inter-Store Transfers 8am - 12pm; Event Product Assistance 12pm - 2pm
- Saturday: Special Event Deliveries 9am -4pm
- Sunday: Special Event Deliveries and Event Product Assistance 9am - 4pm
PAY
$17/hour plus automatic gratuity from Event deliveries
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
