We are a leading equity management and business valuation firm serving private companies and venture-backed startups. Our platform helps founders, CFOs, and investors manage cap tables, stock options, and perform defensible, audit-ready valuations. We are a profitable Fintech company, and we would love to have you here in beautiful Monterey. We do things differently from the traditional VC-dependent companies.
In just a few years, we’ve grown to serve 25,000+ private companies, with $300B+ in assets under administration and $100B+ in valuations performed, adding over $5B in new valuations monthly. We are revenue-generating, profitable, and scaling fast.
The firm is led by seasoned fintech entrepreneurs with a track record of building #1 category leaders and generating billions in revenue. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, sales, and product-this is not a “back-office” role.
Our culture is intense, collaborative, and execution-driven. We expect ownership, accountability, and excellence-but we reward it with real responsibility, accelerated growth, and long-term upside.
This role sits at the front door of our revenue engine.
As an Inbound Account Executive professional, you will be responsible for qualifying and converting high-intent inbound leads, supporting the sales team throughout the deal cycle, and ensuring prospects receive a best-in-class buying experience from first touch to close.
This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity designed for someone who wants to prove themselves quickly and grow into a long-term sales or revenue role. You will be in the office five days a week in downtown Monterey, working side-by-side with leadership and the sales team.
We believe great people do their best work when they have trust, speed, and room to experiment. If you want to try a new tool, test a better process, or move on a strong idea, we’ll support you and help you execute fast.
If you want remote flexibility or a low-intensity environment, this is not the role for you. If you want to learn fast, contribute immediately, and build a serious career in fintech and professional services, keep reading.
