We operate a unique multi-concept dining space all under one building, featuring two bars and three distinct food concepts:
- The Lost Inferno – Comfort-style favorites like musubi, fried items, and mac salad
- Momoku No Usagi – Sushi and hand rolls
- Mura – A 16-seat shabu shabu bar and 45-seat Korean BBQ experience

Position Overview
We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Line Cook / Sushi Chef to join our Back of House team full-time. This role will work across multiple concepts within the building, primarily supporting both our hot line kitchen operations and sushi program.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and wants to continue developing a broad culinary skill set. You’ll assist with line cooking, sushi preparation, kitchen prep, service support, and nightly closing duties.
What You’ll Do
- Execute line cooking and daily food prep
- Prepare sushi ingredients, rolls, and hand rolls
- Support both hot line and sushi operations during service
- Assist with kitchen closing, breakdown, and cleaning
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Float between stations and concepts based on business needs
- Support food running and overall service when needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knife skills required
- Previous experience as a line cook, sushi chef, or prep cook preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask across different concepts and stations
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
