Position Overview
ABA Connect is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The OT will work closely with our ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, and families to design and implement individualized treatment plans that support clients' sensory, motor, and daily living skill development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals

Provide direct OT services, including sensory integration, fine motor skill development, and activities of daily living (ADL) training

Collaborate with ABA therapists, BCBAs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure coordinated, cross-disciplinary care

Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers regarding progress, home strategies, and goals

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and payer requirements

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions

Stay current on best practices, research, and continuing education in pediatric occupational therapy
Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)

NBCOT certification in good standing

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities strongly preferred

Experience with sensory integration techniques a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation (if in-home services are required)
