Shift Patterns

2nd shift Monday through Friday 3:45pm to 12:45am
Pay Rates
Essential Requirements

Perform regular preventative maintenance and minor repairs on production line equipment.

Operate and maintain machinery including hot glue machines, laser printers, conveyor systems, and HP drives.

Adhere to all safety, maintenance, and production standards including OSHA, GMPs, SQF, and HACCP guidelines.

Ability to operate basic hand tools and multi-meters.
Desirable Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory or production preventative maintenance and repair.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50-100 pounds, bending, and reaching.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic built on integrity and dependability.
Role Responsibilities

Lead management and support other maintenance technicians.

Install new and existing equipment to ensure optimal efficiency.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, leadership, and other associates.

Complete and pass all required assessments for the position.
