About the Position
Viewtifully Clean LLC is hiring Three standout individual who is ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow with a company that takes pride in quality. This position is a mix of commercial cleaning and residential house cleaning.
We are not looking for someone who wants a quick paycheck.
We are looking for someone who wants to work, grow, and become part of a team that does things the right way.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time role with the potential for full-time as our busy season ramps up.
Commercial Cleaning (Hallways, Staircases, Laundry Rooms, Common Areas)
- Shifts available morning → afternoon or afternoon → night
- Must be comfortable working outside in heat, cold, rain, etc.
- Expect a lot of stairs. Some days you will clean up to 200 flights of stairs.
Residential House Cleaning
- These cleans must start in the morning
- House cleans take longer and require attention to detail
- If it’s dirty, we clean it — even if it’s not on the checklist. We go above and beyond standard cleaning companies.
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle (you will drive to our shop to load supplies, then to job sites)
- Drive time is paid on the clock (no mileage reimbursement)
- Smartphone capable of taking clear before & after photos
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Show up on time, ready to work
- High work ethic, positive attitude, trainable, and able to communicate clearly
- Respect for everyone on our team
- Willingness to work in residential homes and commercial properties
- Must be able to handle physical labor, especially stairs
Pay
- Starting at $16/hr during a trial period (up to 1 month)
- After the trial period, raises are discussed based on:
- Work quality
- Consistency
- Attitude
- Responsibility
- Overall performance
Raises come with more responsibilities.
