We are seeking a reliable and committed individual for our Residential House Manager position in Akron. Some of the benefits include:

As a Residential House Manager you will:
- Oversee and participate in the provision of direct care
- Ensures and supervises the safety, health and well-being of all individuals
- Performs in-home training with the Direct Support Professional and is responsible for related household chores
- Maintains accurate accounting of resident funds and expenditures
- Recommends assignments; transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and other personnel actions
- Reports unusual incidents and communicates unusual medical situations as requested
- Ensures proper shift coverage for the site, individual and staffing emergencies
- Working open shifts as well as monitoring overtime budget
- Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance
- Two years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred
