DESCRIPTION:
A MYTHOS Breakfast / Lunch Cook is knowledgeable of menu items. Prepares and cooks items such as omelets, made to order eggs, other breakfast items, fresh burgers, fresh salads, and must be able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Must be familiar with, and trained also on how to use and clean equipment such as fryers, char-broilers, flat-tops, and commercial ovens. Required to clean equipment, provide preventative maintenance on the equipment, and is responsible for maintaining a clean work space. This position requires teamwork, communication skills, and positive attitude.
PRESENT JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years professional breakfast cooking experience required, Including sauté, deep frying, grilling, and food preparation,
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Must have professional appearance, attitude, and hygiene
- Regular attendance required,
