Responsibilities Include
- Designing and selling Kitchen, Bathroom, and Basement remodeling projects
- Achieving predetermined sales goals at an acceptable margin, to help attain company profitability and earn monthly commission payouts
- Creating material and labor estimates by communicating with vendors and updating project Excel spreadsheets
- Scheduling on-site and showroom appointments with customers to evaluate and plan for their needs, present drawings / renderings of their design(s), and provide samples for their project
- Coordinating with operations team and vendor resources to ensure prompt and accurate service
- Updating and maintaining accurate project details and customer contact information, using Pipedrive CRM and Excel spreadsheets (which are also made available to management and support teams)
Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 20/20 Design (or experience with similar design program) is a requirement
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to travel (within service area radius)
- Capable of working on strict deadlines and multi-tasking successfully
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-up capability
- Ability to work well within a (small) team and maintain partnerships with subcontractors and vendors
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as needed)
- Prior kitchen design and industry experience is preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
