Responsibilities Include
- Designing and selling Kitchens, Bathrooms and Basements.
- Sourcing special orders and other activities that enhance the customer's experience.
- Must achieve predetermined sales goals at an acceptable margin.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints & creating material estimates.
- Scheduling appointments and on site reviews with customers
- Regular site visits to plan and evaluate customer’s needs, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
- Coordinates with sales support, operations team and vendor resources to secure business and attain profit and sales goals.
- Monthly Commission evaluations
Updates and maintains accurate account information, customer details, and contact information available to management and support teams.
Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 20/20(Cyncly) is a requirement
- Ability to work on strict deadlines and multi-task well
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends
- Prior kitchen design and industry experience is preferred
