Load/Unload Operator – 2nd Shift ($17/hr)

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring dependable Load/Unload Operators for our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading customer parts by hand, applying masking, and following specific instructions to meet production standards. This is a physically active position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload customer parts to/from production line by hand
- Apply masking to customer parts as specified
- Ensure proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Meet customer quality and specification standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization using 5S principles
- Follow all 5S and safety rules
- Participate in semi-annual performance reviews
- Follow ISO/IATF procedures and company work instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to safely and successfully perform job duties
- Regular, punctual attendance is required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Frequent bending, twisting, and turning required
