ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answers Tech Line.
- Gathers specs and data used in Product Specification System.
- Assists Technical Information Director with data projects.
- Assists customers with product/catalog related issues.
- Photographs units.
- Records unit dimensional information
- Performs other responsibilities as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail auto parts
- ASE Certified Preferred
- Computer literate in MS Office, Photoshop
- Detail oriented
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to speak, read, and write English. Spanish is a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel,)
