CNC Machinist - $22-$29/hr
This is a temp-to-hire position
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a fabrication client in Chicago Heights, IL
Responsibilities:
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Programs mills and entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and conditional switches, indicating vices.
Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting. Including turning facing knurling and thread chasing operations. Taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, trouble shooting process, adjusting and reprogramming controls. Sharpening and replacing worn tools adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
