Responsibilities
- Must have Personal Injury experience.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case strategies across diverse practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more.
- Manage and organize case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw to ensure all records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with procedural law requirements.
- Support litigation processes by reviewing documents, preparing discovery materials, and coordinating depositions.
- Handle client communication professionally via phone or email, providing updates and gathering necessary information for ongoing cases.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to personal injury cases, workers' compensation claims, tribal law matters, patent law issues, or civil litigation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents with courts or agencies, proofreading legal documents for accuracy, and managing deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
Experience
- Proven paralegal experience supporting multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, or civil litigation.
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with legal case management software such as iManage or PCLaw.
- Proficiency in legal research tools including Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interviewing clients and collaborating with attorneys and external stakeholders.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to draft clear legal documents and support complex litigation or transactional work using Microsoft Office Suite (Word processing) and document review platforms.

Pay: $51,431.94 - $65,939.54 per year
