As a Call Center Sales Representative, you'll speak with prospective clients, help them better understand their Health Coverage options, and schedule consultations while developing valuable communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
No previous industry experience is required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, we'll provide the training and support needed for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients by phone
- Educate individuals on available Health Coverage options
- Schedule consultations with qualified prospects
- Build positive relationships through professional communication
- Maintain organized client documentation
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Coachable with a willingness to learn

- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
