Overview:
We are currently hiring a service truck driver. Previous experience is preferred.
Shifts are 12 hours, 5-6 days each week. We work primarily with AAA therefore, providing the highest quality service to our members is priority.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of the tow truck and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Clean driving record and background check required
- Experience operating a tow truck or similar heavy-duty vehicle preferred
- NO CDL REQUIRED
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
