Concord Locksmith, a 79+ year family‑owned company with a long-standing reputation for professionalism, stability, and craftsmanship, is seeking an experienced Locksmith Road Technician to join our team. We provide commercial, residential, and automotive locksmith services throughout the Bay Area using company‑supplied equipment, tools, and a fully stocked service van.
We operate Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with optional Saturday work available. Our environment is organized, steady, and team‑driven, ideal for technicians who take pride in their work and appreciate a company that supports them in the field.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years commercial locksmith experience
- Punctuality, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work directly with customers with patience and professionalism
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean DMV record
- Ability to follow company procedures and adapt to a flexible workday

Physical Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, crouch, stoop, and reach overhead
- Ability to climb ladders and occasionally work at height with proper safety gear
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round

Your Duties
- Identify client needs and communicate solutions clearly
- Pick, rekey, repair, and fit keys to commercial and residential hardware
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial door hardware (panic devices, electric strikes, closers, latch guards, keypad locks, etc.)
- Comprehend and generate multi-level master key systems
- Walk job sites, assess needs, provide estimates, and order hardware
- Follow company procedures for job documentation and daily operations
- Automotive, access control, and safe experience is a valuable plus
