Position Summary
The Server is the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and accurate order handling from greeting to payment.
Pay for this position is $2.13/hour plus Tips.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly, present menus, and make food/beverage recommendations.

Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.

Deliver food and beverages; check back to ensure satisfaction.

Promote Rewards and Loyalty programs to guests.

Upsell specials, appetizers, desserts, and beverages.

Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.

“Sell the next visit” through creative cross-promotion of day parts and offerings.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and dining areas.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

Adhere to food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
Work Requirements

[1+ year} of serving or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling payments.

Valid and current TABC card required

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods (entire shift, 6–10 hrs).

Lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs (trays, bus tubs).

Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.

Manual dexterity for carrying multiple plates/glasses.

Withstand varied temperatures (kitchen heat, walk-in coolers).
