We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and develop solutions to support their goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards and other tools to track key performance indicators
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions
- Assist with project management and coordination as needed
- Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management and process improvement is a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required
