We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Commercial HVAC/Commercial Kitchen Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC/commercial kitchen market to expand our customer base.
- Present tailored options, highlighting the benefits of our HVAC/KITCHEN solutions
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop customized proposals that align with client requirements and project specifications
- Provide support by explaining system features, answering technical questions, and addressing client concerns effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Respond timely to technician quote requests and customer needs
- Track open proposals, support preventive maintenance agreement renewals, and assist with billing follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the HVAC or related technology sectors (HVAC experience is a must)
- 3+ years of HVAC system knowledge (plumbing/electrical experience is a plus)
- Experience working with Linux operating systems in a professional setting
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret client needs, technical specifications, and market data effectively
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations to diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: $80,000-$98,000+, based on experience
