Location: Fully Remote (Must work Pacific Time hours)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 7:00/7:30 AM - 3:30 PM PST
Pay: $65-$75/hour
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing virtual care team. In this fully remote role, you will provide telehealth services while collaborating with an in-home clinical team that supports patients during their visits. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity focused on preventive care, annual wellness visits, care of older adults, and well-child exams.

Conduct telehealth visits and establish meaningful patient relationships.

Review health histories, perform health risk assessments, medication reviews, and cognitive screenings.

Educate patients on preventive care and wellness.

Collaborate with in-home clinical staff to review vital signs, coordinate blood draws, and support patient care.

Manage preventive care, medication management, referrals, and clinical documentation using secure technology platforms.

Prepare daily schedules and utilize telehealth tools to deliver high-quality virtual care.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Active California Family Nurse Practitioner license

Active California DEA license
-
Credentialed Medi-Cal (California Medicaid) provider

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in family practice, primary care, or internal medicine

Must be able to work this role as your primary Monday-Friday position

Average patient volume: 6-8 patients per day

Fully remote position with all visits conducted via telehealth

Candidates may reside in: CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, NH, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, SC, TX, UT, or VA (must work Pacific Time hours).

Candidates must have completed a traditional, accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Applicants whose NP education was completed exclusively through fully online programs will not be considered.
