Our bar program is a central part of the guest experience, serving a wide range of customers in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Bartenders who can operate efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining strong service standards, product knowledge, and professionalism.
This role requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage guest interactions while working alongside multiple vendors and shared seating areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Bar Operations
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails quickly and accurately
- Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations to guests
- Follow all alcohol service laws, including ID verification and responsible service
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain composure and efficiency during high-volume service
Cleanliness & Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized bar top and service station at all times
- Keep bar seating and surrounding common seating areas clean and presentable
- Restock bar inventory, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout shift
- Follow all health and sanitation standards
Guest Experience
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service
- Engage guests while maintaining speed of service
- Address minor guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to a safe, fun, and controlled environment
Team & Operational Support
- Work collaboratively with other bartenders, barbacks, and management
- Support overall operations within a shared, multi-tenant environment
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Ideal Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required (high-volume experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, and wine
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs
- Current Food Handler Card and RBS Certification (or ability to obtain)
Pay: $16.90 per hour
